When you're overseas, you can access mobile internet by enabling data roaming. This allows you to use mobile internet on your Samsung phone through a local network. Follow these steps to learn how to enable or disable data roaming.

Step 1:

From the home screen, swipe up to open the menu.

Step 2:

Tap Settings.

Step 3:

Tap Connections.

Step 4:

Tap Mobile networks.

Step 5:

Disable Data roaming.

Your Samsung phone will now stop automatically connecting to foreign networks abroad. To enable data roaming again, undo the previous steps.
