Q.1 What countries can I call in the Overseas Chat pack?

A.1 Lots! There are 23 different countries you can call.  Available to China, Hong Kong, India, UK, USA, Canada, Singapore, Thailand, Fiji, Belgium, France, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, South Korea, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Ireland, Netherlands or South Africa

Q.2 What happens if I run out of international calling minutes if I am on a call?

A.2 Your call will continue however you will start to use your credit at standard rate charges. We recommend to disconnect the phone call and purchase another pack. Once you have more minutes you can continue the phone call.

Q.3 Can I purchase multiple International calling packs at the same time?

A.3 Yes, you can purchase multiple packs. Just remember that these do not rollover though so you will need to use them otherwise they will expire after 30-days.

Q.4 Will the International calling packs auto renew?

A.4 No, these are meant to be purchased as a one off.

Q.5 Do these minutes rollover?
A.5 Unfortunately not, they do not rollover.

Q.6 Will I get a notification text for low balances?

A.6 Yes indeed, you will receive a notification when you have 20% remaining.
