Services not working? 

Skinny Mobile does not currently support the following services (listed below) as we are a value service provider. We try our best to cut costs so our customers reap the benefits of our high quality, low cost service.

For example, 0900 phone calls can only be made by postpaid services as it involves delayed monetary rates. This means that you'll have to use a landline or a Postpaid phone to successfully make these calls. Since Skinny only provides Prepay services, we do not offer call services to 0900 numbers. 

The following services are not supported by Skinny Mobile;

• Calls to 0900 numbers
• Conference (group) calling
• Call forwarding
• Shared plans
• eSIMs
