I bought something from the Skinny online shop and my order hasn't arrived. What can I do?

Orders from the Skinny online shop should be delivered within 3-5 working days (7days for rural delivery).

If this is your first order, you can track your order using the Track & Trace number we emailed on the CourierPost website. If you didn't get the email from us check your SPAM inbox.

Once you've registered, you can track any future online orders in My Account.
