Keep what’s yours this year with Rollover Data on any active $17 or $27 Plan, just make sure your plan auto-renews!

Unused Rollover Data will rollover each month for up to a year so long as you keep your plan active. You’ve got 12 months to use any Rollover Data you’ve saved up.

To keep your data make sure your Rollover Data plan auto-renews and isn’t cancelled, otherwise your data will expire. Keep things simple, set an Auto Top-Up so you’ll never have to worry about running out of credit again.

Good news - you can bring it with you when you join Skinny. If you bought your mobile from us or Spark it will work fine.

Keep your number

Switch to Skinny

Switch to Skinny and keep your number in a few easy steps:

Buy a Skinny SIM. Activate it by calling 456 in NZ or by scanning the eSIM QR code. Find out where to buy a SIM
Register for a Skinny online account and choose a mobile plan.
Login and fill in the Keep my number request form

If you are currently on a prepay plan:

You'll need to provide us with your SIM serial number printed on the back of your old SIM card. This is typically 16 to 17 digits long depending on your previous mobile carrier.

If you currently have an account with another provider

You'll need to provide your account number from your monthly bill. Make sure your old account is still active when you request to bring your number to Skinny. Once it's transferred over, contact your previous mobile carrier to close your account.
