When you use Skinny's services, you often need to share some personal information with us. This is the same as most telcos and digital providers, and plays an important part in delivering our great services and personalised experiences.

We take great care with your privacy and we want to make it easier for you to understand what personal information we hold, and what we do with it. That's why we've developed a new and transparent Privacy Policy - it sets out what information we collect and how we use, share and protect it.

Much of this was already covered in our Terms and Conditions, but the new Policy helps to more clearly explain what happens with your information.

What are my Skinny Privacy choices?

It's important that you, and anyone else who uses your Skinny products, understand what we do with the information we collect. Our new Policy also sets out some of your choices, such as how to update your marketing preferences. It also outlines how you can opt out of some things (like the way we use information to personalise how you experience Skinny on our media partners' platforms).
