1. What does the Skinny $40 Endless Mobile Plan include?

2. What does Endless Data mean? Endless NZ data means you can browse the Web, stream content, upload, download and play games. While there are no caps on how much data you use, after 10GB of data usage, Skinny will reduce the maximum speed for the remainder of the 28 days. Tethering and mobile hotspots are included.

3. Are there any rules about what I can stream, or how I can use my data? With the Skinny Endless mobile plan, you can browse the Web, stream content, upload, download and play games. After 10GB of data usage, Skinny will reduce the maximum speed for the remainder of the 28 days. What this means in practice is while you will still be able to use your data like you did before, you will experience some degradation (such as lower video resolution) when watching video, streaming or loading images. The actual data speed you achieve is dependent on a number of factors, including distance from the cell tower site.

4. Can I tether or hotspot on this plan? Yes you can tether and hotspot on this plan. Data speeds do reduce after 10GB of usage.

5. How does this plan differ from the other plans?

· You get Endless data.

· You get calling and texting.

· You cannot gift data or minutes as this is not a rollover plan.

6. Can I gift from my endless plan? Unfortunately, you cannot gift any data or minutes. You can still gift credit.

7. I am currently on a rollover plan with some rollover data but I want to move to the endless plan. Will I still be able to use my rollover allowance? You will still be able to keep the unused minutes, texts or data until they expire. However, you can only use them while you are on an active rollover plan. You cannot use them while you are on the $40 Endless Mobile Plan. It wouldn’t make sense to anyway, as on the $40 Endless Mobile Plan you have endless data and unlimited NZ and AU minutes and texts.

8. What Add On’s can I purchase on this plan? Data Add-ons, Overseas Chat $10, Overseas Roaming $10, Overseas Roaming $15 and Overseas Roaming $20.

9. What do you mean when you say data speeds reduce after 10GB? This means that you still have endless data available for use but the speed of data will reduce after 10GB of usage. Network traffic management may apply during busy times. That means if lots of people are chatting, streaming and scrolling at the same time in the same place, we may have to temporarily slow data speeds in that area. That way, no one misses out and everyone stays connected.

You can use your included mins, texts, and data for 28 days from purchase. Your 4 Weekly Plans will auto-renew every 28 days if you have enough credit (unless cancelled).

Unlimited Skinny Minutes on $17 and $27 Plan

Unlimited Skinny Minutes on the $27 and $17 Plan are for standard person to person voice calls to all Skinny Mobiles while in NZ.

How can I tell if my friends or family are on Skinny? Simply text their mobile number to 300.

Unlimited Calls on $40, $50, and $70 Plan

Unlimited NZ and Australia Calls on the $40, $50, and $70 Endless Data plans are for standard person to person voice calls to mobiles on any NZ and Australian network, or standard NZ and Australian landlines, while in NZ. Excludes premium and special numbers.

Rollover Minutes

Rollover minutes only apply to the NZ and Australian included Rollover minutes on the $17 and $27 Plans. Minutes in any Add-Ons with one of these Plans do not rollover. Included data and texts, and Unlimited Skinny minutes, do not rollover. Included Rollover Minutes are available to use for the full 28 days of your Plan. If you have any unused Rollover Minutes after 28 days they will rollover into your next 28 day Plan provided your Plan auto-renewed at the end of its cycle. If you move to a non-eligible Plan, or if your eligible Plan failed to renew at the end of its cycle, your Rollover Minutes will be frozen. You can continue using your Rollover Minutes if you activate an eligible plan. You can keep and use all your Rollover Minutes for 12 months from purchase.

NZ and AU Minutes on the $8 Plan, and $40, $50, $70 Endless Data Plans, and Rollover NZ and AU minutes on the $17 and $27 Plans are for voice calls in NZ to any NZ and Australian standard landlines and mobile networks. Excludes premium rate numbers, other international numbers and satellite phones. Standard person to person calls, any non-personal, commercial, business, machine generated or automated use is prohibited.

Rollover Data

Rollover Data only applies to the included data on the $17 and $27 Plans. Data in any Add-On with one of these Plans does not rollover. If you have any unused included data on your Plan renewal date, it will rollover provided your Plan auto-renews. If you move to another eligible Plan your Rollover Data remains valid. However, if you move to an non-eligible Plan your Rollover Data will expire. If your $17 or $27 Plan failed to auto-renew at the end of its 28 day cycle your Rollover Data will expire. You can keep and use any Rollover Data for 12 months from the date of original purchase. Rollover Data on the $17 and $27 Plans is for data usage in NZ only.

Endless Data

Endless data on the $40, $50 and $70 Plan is for data usage in NZ only. Hotspotting included. Speeds will be reduced to a maximum of 1.2Mbps once your plan’s full speed data allowance has been exceeded.

Unlimited Texts

Included texts are for standard person to person texts in NZ to any NZ network, and where specified to any Australian mobile network. Excludes premium rate and non-standard texts, shortcodes, and other international numbers. Unlimited Texts are for human finger use only. Texts are not to be used for machine generated or automated texting. Skinny terms apply.

Extra Charges

Additional usage charges apply. Extra minutes are charged at overage rates. Voicemail is charged at 18c per call, unless on $40, $50, or $70 Endless Data Plan where Voicemail is included whilst your Plan is active. Cheap International Calling rates are available with an active 28 day plan. Other rates apply for international texts, or non-standard and premium texts, including shortcodes. Roaming charges are additional. If your Plan ends, standard rates apply.

Additional Data Usage Charges

Once you have used up all your allocation of data from one of our Plans (excluding Endless Data plans), your data will stop and you will need to purchase one of our data Add-Ons to continue using data.
After purchasing the Add-On you will need to switch your phone off and on for the data to start working.

If you exceed your included texts or minutes allowance you'll then be charged at our overage rates.

Included calling minutes apply to calls to specified mobile networks and standard landlines (excluding calls to premium rate numbers or international numbers (unless otherwise specified)

If you are currently on a prepay plan:

You'll need to provide us with your SIM serial number printed on the back of your old SIM card. This is typically 16 to 17 digits long depending on your previous mobile carrier.

If you currently have an account with another provider

You'll need to provide your account number from your monthly bill. Make sure your old account is still active when you request to bring your number to Skinny. Once it's transferred over, contact your previous mobile carrier to close your account.
