Home Dashboard
The home dashboard provides you with a real-time overview of your remaining balance on your main account as well as any additional quotas. The screen is divided into a few sections. On the top there is an info section about your plan (if you have one active) and top up balance. Below that is the plans and add-ons section which shows how much of your data, voice and text allocations you have left. At the bottom of the screen are buttons to commonly used functions
Top up with voucher
If you have a Skinny top-up voucher you can add your credit easily. Tap the “Top-up” button at the bottom of the screen and then select the Top up with voucher option.
Top up with credit card
You can top up with a credit card. Tap the “Top-up” button at the bottom of the screen and then select the Top up with credit card option. You can also register your credit card for future use.
Notifications
To check your notifications, tap the “More” button at the bottom of the screen and select notifications from the menu. You can view and delete your notification from here. If you have unread notifications and orange dot will appear on the “more” button.
Gifting
You can gift your Data, Minutes or Credit to a friend on Skinny. Tap the “More” button at the bottom of the screen and select gifting from the menu. All gifts made via the app can be viewed in gifting history, also available in the menu.
