What is fair use policy?
We want to make sure everyone gets to enjoy our awesome Skinny wireless broadband so we need to make sure that everyone plays fair. Our Fair Use Policy for our wireless $60 plan means you cannot use the service in a way that is overly excessive or unreasonable. We've based it on how most people use the service. If you’re consistently smoking the internet, we will get in touch with you to let you know about some options, and if the excessive usage continues we may need to move you to another plan to protect everyone else’s experience.
