What happens if my payments fail?
We give a grace period of 14 days to pay. Our system will also keep trying every 2 days during this period. On the 14th day, we send a text and email out to say you will have 24 hours to make the payment - otherwise, disconnection goes through the following day.
If you decide you want to stay with us (after disconnection), you will need to pay $49 for a re-connection + amount owing to $68. At the end of an account termination, if you have failed to pay the Early Termination Fee of $249.00, you will be sent an email to inform you of the outstanding balance and the fact you have 14 days to pay or we'll pass the debt on to a debt recovery agency.
