It’s super easy to access your Skinny account wherever you are these days - at home, at work or even on the bus!

You can do heaps of stuff like:

• Top-Up
• check your balance & usage
• select plans & add-ons
• transfer credit, data and minutes to other Skinny people

We’ve got 3 easy ways to access your account:

1. On the Skinny Mobile App

Learn more about what you can do with the Skinny App. Download the Skinny Mobile App from the iTunes App Store or Google Play Store. 

2. With the Skinny Dashboard

Simply login right here. On the Dashboard you can also request to keep your current NZ mobile number when you join Skinny, register a credit or debit card for Top-Ups and set up an Auto Top-Up.

3. Manage your account just by sending a Text.

Check your balance, Top-Up and do loads more by simply texting a keyword to 2424. Too easy! For example, text BAL to get you balance. Check out all the available keywords you can use.
