Follow these steps to learn how to send an SMS message from your iPhone.

Step 1:

Tap the message symbol.

Step 2:

Tap the compose symbol.

Step 3:

Under To, enter a phone number or choose the plus symbol to select from your contacts.

Step 4:

Tap Text Message and enter a message.

Step 5:

Tap the send symbol.

Your message is now sent.
